Shown here are my rates and fees, as well as what is required by me when working with WebPages.  Keep in mind these prices are generalized, and some sites require a lot more work than others.  I do charge a flat rate for WebPages, certain things will make the price increase.  Please read on fore more information.

Consisting of up to 5 pages
A graphical interface
Navigational bar (implemented into the GUI)
Stock Photography (a limited number will be given free)
‘favicon’ – a custom Icon that appears in many browsers address bar, and favorites folder

There is a charge $500 for the web design and the first 5 pages. Each additional pages cost $25 a page. (These additional pages will follow the design as the other pages, with reasonable changes made. Any changes that make it to different, will be considered a new website)

Stock Photography will be given free, however if there are requests for more stock photography there is a fee of $25 per image.


Animations are a separate cost, if wanted the rate is $50 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour purchased. Simple animation should only take 1 to 2 hours, but this quote changes based on what you need.

There is a limited amount of free maintenance that I will perform. Each page I design will receive free maintenance once. Any additional changes cost $25 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour. You can combine pages during this hour.

Web hosting and domain names are not my responsibility. However, if you do not currently have web space contact me about that and we can work out some sort of hosting plan for you. My business is not web hosting so I will not quote that in advanced.
